The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kanazawa station, making it convenient for exploring. The breakfast buffet features fresh seafood and has a made-to-order omurice station, adding a unique touch. However, the onsen facilities showed some wear, with stains present, and the breakfast could be more varied. After a long day, the complimentary ramen was a comforting treat.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The location made it super easy to explore the sights, like Kenrokuen Garden and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. On top of that, we loved the onsen and the free late-night ramen—it was such a great touch after a long day. Highly recommend this spot for a fun group getaway!
The only downside was that the onsen towels weren't available right there, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a nice onsen that helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing and an excellent breakfast that included both Western and Japanese options.
It was perfect.

I loved my stay here! The onsen facilities were fantastic, with an outdoor bath and a relaxing sauna that really helped me unwind after a long day. The only downside was a bit of dust in a corner, but it didn't take away from the great experience at all. 😊

Our deluxe room was a spacious delight with a big bathroom and comfy amenities! The rooftop onsen and free ramen at night? Absolutely divine! Plus, ice cream in the evenings—talk about a sweet ending!
The pillows felt like pancake rejects—small and stiff! The price was a bit on the fancy side for my wallet, too.

Great free ramen at night, but hard to find the hotel initially.

The hotel's warm ambiance and thoughtful layout made moving around easy, even for seniors. The onsen area had a soothing atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring Kanazawa's exquisite sights.
Pillows could be softer for better comfort.

This place offers a rooftop onsen that's a must-try, giving a nice view and soothing experience after a long day. The complimentary free-flow beer, red & white wine, and the late-night free soba keep the evening lively and social, which is not something every hotel offers.
The beds are on the firmer side for European standards, which might not suit everyone. Rooms, while functional, are quite compact, and the absence of a shower can be a hassle since you have to trek to the onsen to clean up. Plus, the standard pillows are small and a bit stiff, making them less comfortable for extended use. Another thing to consider is that certain complimentary services like the lobby refreshments vary by location. for example, I found this one had some paid lobby services that were unusual for the brand.

The shabu-shabu here was an absolute game changer, a culinary experience that left my taste buds dancing! You can't miss their free ramen at night, such a cozy treat after a long day of exploring. Plus, the staff was super helpful, and the communal ice cream at night made it all the sweeter.
The breakfast felt a bit pricey for what it was, and I opted to hit up nearby gems instead. Also, I found the pillows pretty hard, which is a common thing at Japanese hotels.

Couple's Exciting Adventure
The onsen was very nice! Relaxed like a king after a long day, it had this amazing view that just took your breath away. And I can’t forget about the free late-night ramen, had me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside after soaking in the hot springs.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was definitely worth it.
