Ideal hotel with free wi-fi, the location was perfect right next to Forus department store. Had very good breakfasts at the desk. Location: the property was close to train/bus station, the Forus mall and Kanazawa station and food around shinkansen station. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Stand and Oasis to relax and grab some food.

location very close to local bus terminal, the forus mall and kanazawa station and large shopping complex with good selection of restaurants to dine both lunch. also, close to train station. central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room, marvellous location. a great selection of goodies for breakfast.

The room we had included an electronic key card, a flat screen TV, and a study table. At the restaurant, the breakfast was excellent and nice at the desk. The location was very central, magnificent opposite of a mall with everything.

The bed was quite hard.

It was 900 metres from the railway station, fantastic and amazing location. The hotel was not very far from the heart of Kanazawa. The room was silent and large, had communal bathroom.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the train station. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a wide bed and great amenities. The rooftop onsen is a true highlight, providing a relaxing experience with amazing views. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with luggage arrangements and even offering room upgrades for special occasions.

No significant downsides, our stay was flawless.

Helpful staff who spoke good English. Also liked the general furnishings and room everything you could of was there.

Great location with easy access to the train station and shopping mall. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop hot spring was amazing with various baths and a sauna. The breakfast had a good selection of Western and Asian food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The spa on the roof was outstanding. The staff were always helpful. The location was very convenient to the train station and buses for the city. An excellent tourist hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping complex with plenty of dining options and is close to both the train station and bus stop for easy transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with access to a hot spring and sauna. Breakfast is decent with a mix of both Western and Asian cuisine.

The onsen facilities are somewhat dated and could use some maintenance.

The room was large and very comfortable, and internet connection was available in the room

Check in time is 3 pm which is too late.

The onsen was really great on the 14th floor of the hotel. We had 2 single beds in our room and there was still space for our suitcases. Our stay at the Dormy which was for 2 weeks was very pleasant.

The wardrobe was small.
